Employers are encouraged to post their part-time positions on the Hirealonghorn Job Bank 3-4 weeks prior to the beginning of the fall, spring and summer semesters, and 3-4 weeks prior to the start of the Christmas holiday season in order to get the positions filled in a timely manner. The University’s academic calendar may prove helpful to employers in determining when classes begin and end.
